Almighty: God Idle Clicker
Craft a world, click it into evolving, and watch your creation worship you.
by Funventure P.S.A. · 17 August 2018 (iOS) · iOS / Android
Almighty hands you a planet and asks the question every god game dreads: what if the inhabitants never stop evolving? Funventure's 2018 god-idle starts you as a small divine presence crafting a world, and ends somewhere quite a lot larger than that, shepherding a universe from a primordial Big Bang all the way through space-age civilisations.
It is mobile-only, and it remains on the App Store at version parity with its 2018 launch, which is more than most mobile idlers can say eight years on. The developer, Funventure P.S.A., a solo Polish developer on Reddit as u/cometa93, has kept the community's small subreddit alive the whole time.
What the loop feels like
You tap, and your world generates energy, and the energy buys the next step of creation: another organism, another discovery, another line in a dictionary of life that grows the longer you preside. That's Almighty.
Species evolve through planetary ages, single-cell life climbs toward complex societies, and the Heavenly Quests arrive from higher powers with structured milestones that steer your optimization. That's Almighty.

The systems doing the work
The species dictionary is the heart: unlocking, cataloguing and evolving hundreds of distinct species across different planetary ages, from micro-organisms up. Energy generation starts active, tapping to build the initial reserves, and transitions into automated passive income once scaling kicks in. Around the core sits a light crafting and inventory layer that boosts divine output, a step above the bare-bones clicker framework it wears.
Divine leveling ties research and evolutionary tasks to your god-status, each level unlocking beefier statistics. And the Big Bang is the prestige loop: resetting your universe wipes immediate progress but yields permanent meta-progression currency, which is how you unlock legendary species and push deeper into advanced ages on subsequent runs. Veteran strategy follows the structure: jump-start each new cycle with active tapping but transition to passive income once scaling takes over, align spending with active Heavenly Quests since their milestone payouts accelerate tiers, and time the Big Bang for when your evolutionary wall actually slows the dictionary down, not sooner and not much later. Legendary species tracks are worth prioritising because their passive multipliers stack heavily across runs.
Where it stumbles
Honesty note: our community criticism research pass failed to complete for this title, so there is no broad player-complaint survey behind this section, and the gap is flagged rather than hidden. What the structure itself shows: the early game of every cycle is tapping-heavy before passive income takes over, and prestige timing is punishing in both directions, resetting too soon wastes scaling while lingering yields diminishing returns. Availability is the other limit: there was never a web version despite community requests back in the 2018 beta thread, and the Google Play listing has gone 404, verified directly during research, which leaves iOS as the only door.
Playing it today
iOS is the live home: Almighty: God Idle Clicker, free, published by Funventure P.S.A., still updated to match its 2018 launch. The delisted Android version makes it an iPhone-only blessing these days. For other evolution-themed progression on desktop, the catalogue's browser entries cover the same territory.
The verdict
A charming god-game wrapper around a solid clicker core: evolution as progression, a collection dictionary that gives every session a goal, and the small thrill of deciding which species deserves to inherit your planet. It knows exactly what it is, it has outlived most of its 2018 peers, and it does its one thing well.
