Coder Clicker is u/EdwardStarcraft's iOS hacker parody, complete with a Visual Basic GUI joke and an IP-tracking gag that the wiki listed as complete. Its App Store listing is long gone (id recovered from 2017 Wayback snapshots, lookup returns nothing today), leaving the Almost Idle directory as the surviving record: 16,286 views, 810 plays, complete.
Playing it today
Not through the App Store, and an Android listing under the same name appears to be a different developer's game entirely. The thumbnail above is the only public imagery. A possible revival path: the Internet Archive holds 2017 App Store snapshots that the research flagged for a later retry.
The verdict
A historical entry for a small parody clicker: delisted, documented, one thumbnail to its name.
An honest note: an apkpure entry under ru.pasvitas.coderclicker may be a name collision, not the same game. Treated as unverified.
