Terminal Master - Bus Tycoon
Scrub the buses, queue the passengers, and connect the country one terminal at a time.

Somewhere between the train games and the airport games sits the least glamorous vehicle in transport: the intercity bus. Terminal Master - Bus Tycoon gives it a terminal of its own. Supercent's free arcade idle from January 2024 puts you in charge of a growing bus company, and its unglamorous truth is the charm: buses get dirty, passengers get impatient, and the timetable does not care about your feelings.
What the loop feels like
A bus rolls in and it is a mess: trash on the seats, restrooms empty, someone's sandwich under a chair. You or your crew clean it, restock it, and wave it out on time while the next queue forms. The fare money flows, you upgrade the bus to a VIP trim, and more passengers board per departure. That's Terminal Master.
Then the map widens. A new terminal opens in another city, parking gets optimized, and the empire stretches coast to coast with staff running the cleaning so you can plan the next hub. That's Terminal Master.
How it actually works
The documented systems are operational. Terminal operations cover launching and designing bus stations across cities, fleet maintenance has you cleaning buses, clearing trash and restocking amenities so the next trip runs on time, and passenger flow management covers crowds, ticket lines and boarding schedules. Reinvestment goes into the fleet, standard upgrades or luxury VIP options, with better buses meaning more passengers and more money per route. The progression layer adds empire expansion across regional hubs, staff hiring and levelling to automate cleaning, maintenance and passenger processing, and facility upgrades for waiting areas and terminal capacity. The community's tactical advice is to automate cleaning early and reinvest in the busiest routes before opening distant terminals.
Where it stumbles
The consensus describes it accurately as a lightweight arcade idle rather than a transport sim. The loop settles quickly into the same cycle of clearing trash, upgrading platforms and managing basic flows, upgrades are linear with few meaningful choices, and there is no route graphing, economic crisis or multi-city logistics depth for management veterans. Ad-driven pacing is part of the model, though several players count it among the fairer examples of its genre. It is exactly what the store says: an arcade idle with a mop.
Playing it today
Free on both stores with in-app purchases and ads, released in 2024 and positively rated by its casual audience on a modest review base. Get it on the App Store for iOS or on Google Play for Android. For transport empires with real schedules, the PC sims remain in another class, and our Idle Miner Tycoon entry runs the same upgrade-and-expand skeleton underground.
The verdict
A clean, undemanding terminal management idle whose cleaning-loop gimmick works better than it should. Good for short bursts, invisible to anyone who wanted Transport Fever on a phone.
