Hero Hero Clicker - Idle RPG

A naked dwarf mines rubies, fifty-odd heroes answer the summon, and five thousand upgrades await.

by Baby Stone Studios · Android

Every idle RPG needs a hook, and Hero Hero Clicker - Idle RPG chooses dwarf labor economics: your journey begins with a naked dwarf mining rubies, and expands into a kingdom-scale operation of summoned heroes, automated production lines staffed by corrupt guards and gambling-addicted drunks, and over five thousand cumulative upgrades. Baby Stone Studios' free Android idle is comfort food for the genre, and it knows it.

What the loop feels like

You train and evolve a primary hero, customizing them across more than a hundred pieces of armor, weapons and hairstyles, while chest summons expand a roster of fifty to seventy distinct heroes, from Normal rarity up through Super Rare, Ultra Rare and Legendary, including an eccentric cast of lepers, madmen and dwarves. Clearing stages funds more chests, better chests fund stronger heroes, and the numbers ratchet upward with a satisfying early-game curve. That's Hero Hero Clicker.

Then the secondary economy takes over. Ruby mining runs parallel to combat gold: expand automated production lines, compound their output, and the late-game milestones start paying for themselves. In between there is the Tower to climb, floor by sequential floor against encounters like the 7 Vasto Lords, and a live multiplayer layer of weekly tournaments, bar brawls and cooperative world bosses where top-ranked players earn visible prestige, their portraits displayed globally across the kingdom. That's Hero Hero Clicker.

How it actually works

The named systems are character customization and evolution, chest-based hero summoning with tiered rarity scaling, ruby mining and production lines, massive upgrade trees, and the tower and multiplayer events. The core optimization is balancing your main hero's gear level against the roster's collective DPS. Experienced players add three habits: keep production lines leveled closely with combat milestones to avoid brick walls, join world bosses and tournaments early for rewards solo play cannot match, and build synergies from pets, mounts and abilities instead of blindly equipping the highest-stat gear.

Where it stumbles

Originality is the first casualty: if you have played any major idle clicker in the last decade, every chest mechanic, progression wall and upgrade path will feel pre-installed, and compared with genre pillars like Cookie Clicker, Clicker Heroes or Melvor Idle, it experiments with nothing. The monetization draws heavier fire, with the real-money pricing for chests and mounts criticized as egregious enough to give the late game a pay-to-accelerate feel, and pacing grinds to a halt precisely where spending starts helping. Once the comedic flavor text stops surprising, there is little mechanical evolution to keep veterans around.

Playing it today

It is free on Google Play with in-app purchases, Android only per our platform check. If the hero-army formula appeals, Tap Titans and Soda Dungeon 2 run deeper versions of the same loop in the catalog, and Cookie Clicker remains the genre's reference point.

The verdict

Hero Hero Clicker is a polished, unoriginal idle RPG: charming art, funny flavor, and a familiar skeleton underneath, taxed heavily at the late game. A fine second-screen game until the walls ask for your wallet.
